Yesterday i just thought of making some hot samosa’s ,so thought to share it  with u all .If  u want to make this mouth watering samosa ,just follow these steps

INGREDIENTS

For the crust:

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 Tbsp sooji

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp of Ajwain seeds

1  Tbsp oil

1/4 cup warm water

For the filling:

2  large potatoes

1/2 cup green peas

2 chopped green chilly seeded

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 teaspoon lemon juice

salt to taste

½ teaspoon cumin seed

1 teaspoon coriander powder

½ teaspoon garam masala

2 tablespoons oil

METHOD:

First we will make the crust mixture ,for that mix all the crust ingredients .


Knead it well then keep it resting for 20 min with a damp cloth


Okie, we have to make the filling,so w’ll peel the potatoes and mash it up and keep aside,if u want u can mash it really well or cut in to cubes ,i like mine mash it up ,so im showing like that.

then  pour some oil in a pan ,and crackle the cumin seeds,and mix all the ingredients in it .finally add some lemon juice in it,this is for a tangy taste,or else u can avoid it if u dont like.

Then ,make the dough in to 4 equal parts ,so we can make 8 samosa’s. Roll each of them
and cut with a knife in to two parts as shown


Then rub some water over the edges with your finger and make  a triangle shape and fill the filling and close  n seal it and deep fry  ,take it out when its golden brown.

So our tasty samosa’s are ready ,serve it with tomato ketchup.
